The Gulfport-Biloxi Regional Airport Authority is soliciting submittals for a Strategic Conceptual Development Plan for Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport’s Project Ready Site. Submissions must contain information outlined in the “Request for Qualifications” which may be obtained by contacting gpt@flygpt.com or visiting the Gulfport-Biloxi Regional Airport Authority, 14035-L Airport Road, Gulfport, MS 39503. Submittals will be received by the Gulfport-Biloxi Regional Airport Authority at the office of the Executive Director or via email to gpt@flygpt.com, until April 11, 2024 at 4 p.m. Submittals should be labeled Strategic Conceptual Development Plan, subject to the conditions of this Request for Qualifications. The Gulfport-Biloxi Regional Airport Authority may consider all submittals which it finds substantially conforming to these instructions. The Gulfport-Biloxi Regional Airport Authority may consider as non-conforming any submittal not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions of these instructions, and may waive any non-conformance, or reject any and all submittals. Any submittal may be withdrawn prior to the opening, or authorized postponement thereof. The Gulfport-Biloxi Regional Airport Authority, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all Proposers that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit proposals in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
