Monterey Peninsula Airport District ("District") is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to perform Bond/Tax and Disclosure Counsel Services for the District. The District is seeking submittals from qualified law firms recognized in the practice of airport specific debt issuances to serve as the District's (1) Bond/Tax Counsel, and/or (2) Disclosure Counsel. Qualifiers may submit for either or both Bond/Tax Counsel and/or Disclosure Counsel.
