The Central West Virginia Regional Airport Authority (herein after referred to as “Authority” or “Airport Authority”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for qualified third parties interested in developing facilities that would serve as or support aeronautical facilities on the designated site(s) at the West Virginia International Yeager Airport (“CRW”). Desired aeronautical facilities include, but are not limited to, aircraft storage hangars, aircraft maintenance facilities, aeronautical manufacturing facilities, specialized aviation service operators, or other related facilities that are compliant with all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and CRW policies and support the aviation industry. Proposers must be capable of funding, designing, and constructing the proposed facility within the timeframe identified in the RFP.
