The Kenton County Airport Board (“KCAB”) is soliciting proposals for a Revolving Credit Facility (“RCF”) in a principal amount of up to $150,000,000 to fund capital projects at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (“CVG”). This new RCF would replace an existing RCF with PNC Bank National Association. KCAB will consider combining proposals from two or more proposers to meet its overall needs, but each individual proposer must offer to provide at least a $50 million facility. If KCAB makes awards to more than one separate proposer, KCAB will expect the successful proposers to agree to use a common bank counsel and to agree to essentially similar documentation. The RCF will be secured by a pledge of subordinate net revenues of KCAB, as described below. CVG is a medium hub airport providing air service to the Cincinnati/ Northern Kentucky metropolitan region and is operated by KCAB, a 13 member governing body appointed by the local jurisdictions and the Governor of Kentucky. CVG ranks 7th in the United States and 18th globally for air cargo tonnage, serving as a major cargo hub for both DHL and Amazon. Additional information regarding KCAB and CVG may be found on the Investor Relations portal at https://www.cvgairport.com/investorrelations.
