The Kenton County Airport Board (“KCAB”) is soliciting proposals relating to an Automated Boarding Announcement System at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (“CVG”). KCAB is seeking a solution that can reduce gate turnover time by automating aircraft boarding and service announcements. The ideal solution would provide real-time updates and guidance to passengers, clear and concise messaging, and improving overall airport & airline efficiency. Additionally, CVG is looking for announcements that can be consistently and clearly stated in any designated language, enabling more accessible boarding announcements depending on the demographics served.
