The Kenton County Airport Board (“KCAB”) is soliciting bids for Unlimited Cellular Data Plan for use at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (“CVG”) and at Miami University (“OXD”). KCAB leases and operates OXD by terms of an agreement with Miami University, effective April 1, 2021. KCAB has multiple cellular devices in service with high monthly data requirements. Current plans are limited so that after some amount of data per month, speeds are throttled and no longer meet KCAB’s needs.
