The City of Phoenix Aviation Department is seeking Offers from a qualified Offeror to provide self-administered Airport Council International’s (ACI) surveys and provide AVN with data regarding departing domestic and international passengers at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) on an as-needed basis, through a Request for Proposal (RFP).
