ELECTRONIC BIDS, submitted through www.aerobidz.aero, (or SEALED NON-ELECTRONIC BIDS, if Bidder has written authorization from MNAA) for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, and appurtenances for the construction for the MU1 & MU2 Makeup Carousels Refurbishment and other incidental items shall be received by the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority, not later than 2:00 P.M. (local time), December 13, 2022. All bidders must be licensed contractors as required by the Contractor’s Licensing Act of 1994, T.C.A. § 62-6-101 et seq. A Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. (local time), November 10, 2022, at 1370 Murfreesboro Pike, Building #1, Conference Room 1, Nashville, Tennessee 37217 as well as a virtual option via Microsoft Teams. A one-time tour of the project site will be conducted after the meeting. The requestor shall pay the cost of the document printing. The Small Minority Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (SMWBE) participation level established for this project is 3.91% MBE and/or WBE.
