RIAC is seeking Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified firms that have demonstrated experience in providing air service development consulting services to small and medium sized airports. The firm shall demonstrate excellence in market definition and analysis, demographic and air travel data gathering and presentation, route analysis and forecasting, messaging, and airline relationship development. The successful firm will support, when tasked by RIAC staff, efforts to maintain and increase air service by existing carriers and attract new carriers to the Airport.
