The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey invites qualified common use lounge operators, airlines, and credit card partners (“Offerors”) to respond to an Invitation for Offers (“IFO”) to lease, develop, operate, and maintain up to four (4) common use passenger lounges (“Lounges”) in Terminal B at Newark Liberty International Airport. Successful Offerors must enter into agreements with airlines operating in the respective concourses to service premium customers, may also allow access to customers belonging to partner organizations, with complimentary lounge membership benefits, and offer, if able, on a space available basis, access to customers flying on any airline, regardless of class of ticket, for a fee. Lounges must be open three hundred and sixty-five (365) days a year with operating hours and staffing levels reflecting the fluctuation in seasonal and daily passenger traffic. The IFO will be available February 7, 2024 at 1:00 PM (EST) at https://panynj.bonfirehub.com.
