IFB-23-29568: Renovations of East Building, IAD
Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision for interior renovations of the Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) East Building, 45045 Aviation Drive (3rd floor - west side). This includes but not limited to selective demolition within existing office spaces, removal and legal disposal of asbestos containing materials, new automatic fire suppression system, new HVAC duct system, new plumbing, new electrical distribution, room partitions.
