Description: The contractor shall supply and deliver Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved fluid runway and taxiway deicing/anti-icing products to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) and Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). Deicer/anti-icer must meet the requirements of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE)/Aerospace Material Specifications (AMS) as mandated and defined by FAA Advisory Circular 150/5200-30D Airport Field Condition Assessments and Winter Operations Safety. Approved products include potassium acetate-based and potassium formate-based fluids.
