Description: The Airports Authority requires a design build contractor for installation of a modular three level (two elevated floors) parking structure capable of disassembly and relocation at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). The structure would provide a minimum of 1,500 parking spaces. The contractor shall also provide an all-inclusive one-year warranty followed with up to a five-year maintenance agreement.
