Description: The Airports Authority is seeking proposals from all interested and qualified offerors desiring to develop, lease, and operate a Remote VIP Passenger Processing Service for Commercial Airline Flights at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) to receive, screen, and transport passengers and their luggage to/from gated commercial aircraft, obtain and provide the necessary airport, airline, and federal approvals and contracts, such as those required by the FAA, TSA, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and to provide passenger lounge services and amenities.
