SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE & REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as an obligation on the part of the Government. This is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Proposal (RFP). A formal solicitation may or may not be issued by the Government as a result of the responses received to this RFI. The Government will not pay for any response or demonstration expenses. Any information received will become the property of the Government and will not be returned to the submitter. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response.

DHS is seeking information from vendors capable of providing the services described herein. The Government is contemplating utilizing Alliant 2 Governmentwide Acquisition Contract. Industry feedback is encouraged following the instructions within this RFI.

Vendor responses to the questions above shall be delivered via e-mail to Paul Barrett (paul.barrett@hq.dhs.gov). The due date of submissions is 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on June 15, 2023. Responses to vendor questions may or may not be provided. If the Government answers any vendor questions, all questions and answers will be published via an amendment to this RFI. Vendor names will not be identified in the amendment.
