The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to vendor questions and upload an updated copy of the SOW and pricing template.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested.

This solicitation is a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02, dated March 16, 2023.

The National Labor Relations Board is conducting three (3) leadership and development conferences in the Washington, D.C. area in the upcoming months. This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements for meeting space and overnight lodging for the attendees at all three of the scheduled conferences. The conferences are: 1) New Board Agent Conference, 2) Manager and Supervisor Conference, and 3) Regional Director Conference.
