The U. S. International Trade Commission anticipates award of a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to West Publishing dba Thomson Reuters-West, 610 Opperman Drive, Eagan, MN 55123.

This requirement is an annual renewal of west print titles that covers a wide range of general laws, print titles that include access to federal reports, McCarthy on trade, distribution copies of Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Wrights Federal Practice, and Procedures, and other legal materials. These titles are exclusive to West Publishing Corporation dba Thomson Reuters-West. There are no other products or services that offer the same or similar subscription services required by the Commission. The period of performance is one year: October 1, 2023, and ends September 30, 2023.

This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within five days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
