The Department of the Navy, Pentagon, DNS, Room 4E562, needs to re-fresh its office and has a requirement for new furniture. Existing furniture is old, outdated and mismatched. New furniture is needed to create a more efficient and professional workspace and to maintain a continuity workspace appearance with the other Navy spaces.

The instant requirement is for the requisition of 7 (seven) L-shaped traditional executive wood veneer adjustable height desks, 4 (four) wooden veneer bookcases, 3 (three) wood veneer credenzas, and 6 (six) four-legged, wooden, black leather chairs with brass nail trim. The L-shaped adjustable height desks should match Darran Jamestown furniture. Locks must be provided for each workstation, keyed so that a single key will open all locks within a given cubical or workstation (each workstation requires its own set of keys and pin set). Keys for locks must be provided: 3 (three) keys for each workstation, (two) master keys, and 2 (two) core removal keys. The color of the furniture required must be of Veneer - Executive Walnut, with the chairs additionally being of black leather and brass nail trim.

It is the Government’s intention to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 13 to a single firm as a result of this acquisition. The period of performance is expected to begin upon award and will consist of a single base period of 12 months. Furniture must be ordered, delivered, and installed into Pentagon Room 4E562, Arlington, VA, no later than 18 weeks after contract award.

This instant requirement is intended to be sole source award to SCS Integrated Support Solutions, LLC., as new furniture needs to be an exact match to existing furniture.
