Description

NOTICE OF INTENT to Award Sole Source – Spare Part proprietary to Koenig & Bauer the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).





THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.



The Government intends to award a sole source contract utilizing “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements” IAW FAR Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). Anticipated Date of Performance: one twelve (12) month base and two twelve (12) month option years. See attached statement of work for additional details.



This special notice of intent to make an award to the OEM Koenig & Bauer for proprietary parts:

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive offers/quotes/proposals. A determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A written solicitation will not be issued/posted. To be considered, responses MUST be received NO LATER THAN 3:00PM, EASTERN STANDARD TIME, November 17, 2023.
