Description

THIS BASIC ORDERING AGREEMENT (“Agreement” or “Contract”) is made by and between the Internal Revenue Services (IRS), acting by and through DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY. The IRS intends to issue Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) and subsequent BOA orders In Accordance With (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 16.703 Basic Ordering Agreements.

Period of Performance:

• Base Year – August 23, 2023 through August 22, 2024

• Option Period 1 – August 23, 2024 through August 22, 2025

• Option Period 2 – August 23, 2025 through August 22, 2026

• Option Period 3 – August 23, 2026 through August 22, 2027

• Option Period 4 – August 23, 2027 through August 22, 2028

Basic Order Agreement Terms:

This agreement is FFP. The Government estimates the maximum Contract Value for Base Period, and all Option Years is $49,999,998.00. Max quantity shown for administrative purposes only.
