SUBSCRIPTION FOR NEROSERRA

INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

The Department of Transportation Office of the Secretary intends award a Firm Fixed Priced (sole source) purchase order for an annual subscription for license, maintenance and support, and renewal fees for DOT/OSDBU Neoserra Customer Relations Management (CRM) software licenses as authorized under FAR 6.302-l(a)(2)(ii) as a follow-on acquisition.

This procurement will be a sole source award to Outreach Systems. The Period of Performance will be one year. The estimated cost is $16300.00. All work is to be completed in accordance with at attached statement of work. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541519. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard is 500 employees. Interested vendors OTHER THAN Outreach Systems which believe that it is fully capable of meeting DOT’s needs and requirements at the high level of thoroughness and quality indispensable to the Department—may respond to this notice and submit a quote NLT 09/18/2023 by 10:00 AM EST. An extension for responses will not be entertained. Interested vendors must send a capability statement no more than one page in length and a quote; to include Company Name, ueiSAM Number, Socioeconomic Category, brief description of your business entities capability to handle this subscription. This Special Notice of Intent to Sole Source is for planning purposes only. No other solicitation or special notice will be made available. All information shall be provided at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be sent via email to the Contracting Officer at melinda.riddick@dot.gov. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon the responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
