This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-05.

This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns under the associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 337215, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The product or service code is 7125. The Government will award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the synopsis/solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government (as determined by the solicitation evaluation criteria).
