Description

Establish a subscription service agreement and contract with a commercial broadcast/social media monitoring service that provides services in comprehensive gathering and publication of news pertaining to FEMA. This service will provide the capability to efficiently monitor and measure the effectiveness of FEMA’s public outreach efforts in English and Spanish.
