Description

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is evaluating Robotic Process Automation Software, (RPA) to develop a suite of BOTs that could be used to increase efficiency and reduce time to perform repetitive tasks. This Request for Information (RFI) will assist the FHWA's Information Acquisition Center of Excellence (IT ACE) conduct market research in order to determine the appropriate methodology for moving forward with a solicitation for these services.
