Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), has a requirement for approximately 75 monthly quality control field audits of residential properties that are part of a nationwide portfolio maintained by a property management service contractor on behalf of the VBA. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 541350.
The VBA is seeking responses from SBA VetCert Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov) certified Service Disabled, Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB).
