The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award for the CQ Roll Call - Legislative News and Reporting Database Access requirement. This database subscription is for access to proprietary legislative news and information. Please see the attached Sole Source Justification for further information.
This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Rather, this is a notice of intent to award sole source to CQ-Roll Call, Inc. Interested parties may request further information no later than October 26, 2023, 10:00 AM (Eastern Time) via email to Sierra Villanueva at villanueva.sierra@pbgc.gov. A determination to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
