Description

This notice provides a preliminary notice that the AOUSC intends to award a single award IDIQ for Location Monitoring equipment and services.



The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AOUSC) intends to award a single award IDIQ to obtain Location Monitoring equipment and services for the AOUSC Probation and Pretrial Services Office (PPSO). The Contractor shall provide location monitoring equipment and services described in the DRAFT RFP.



Interested parties must be registered in SAM.GOV in order to be awarded a contract. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award.



The Judiciary intends to release the solicitation on or abour February 1, 2024, with a thirty-day response time. Award is intended to be made on or about August 1, 2024.



The Judiciary is not subject to the FAR or small business regulations for open market procurements and thus this will not be set aside for small business.
