The National Capital Region frequently uses warming tents as medical aid stations, holding areas and troop warming/cooling stations for various high level events the National Capital Region.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to deliver/recover and set-up/take-down as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
BPA Terms and Conditions will apply to this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. This BPA Agreement is for three (3) Ordering Periods.
Please provide a technical proposal that describes how you will perform and meet the requirements of the PWS for this solicitation. In order to be considered for award, the Offeror shall submit a detailed description on how the requirements will be performed as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor is required to provide as a part of the technical capability product literature, catalog price lists, warranty, guarantee, technical specs, and delivery information, if available.
