This is an award notification that, in response to solicitation number 47PA0723Q0001, a purchase order was awarded to Penn Oak Services, LLC, for unbundled Energy Attribute Certificates (EACs) from generation resources that deliver to the Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO) Balancing Authority to meet Federal environmental goals laid out in Section 203 of Executive Order (E.O.) 14057, Catalyzing Clean Energy Industries and Jobs Through Federal Sustainability (December 8, 2021) and its associated White House Council on Environmental Quality Implementing Instructions.
