The purpose of this Amendment 00005 is to extend the due date, and revise the submittal format requirement for attachment 3 to excel format. See attached amendment 00005 for additional details.





The NFIP Direct Contractor shall provide all necessary support for the issuance and administration of flood insurance policies on behalf of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). Contractor staff must be well-versed on FEMA survival programs to facilitate seamless services to disaster survivors. The Contractor shall provide all necessary management, operation, maintenance, and quality assurance for flood insurance policy administration. The NFIP Direct Contractor will be responsible for processing at least 550,000 of the 5,100,000 active flood insurance policies, Nationwide.
