Pre-Solicitation Notice: Intent to Issue a Request for Quote (RFQ).

Estimated Period of Performance: The resulting award will include a base period and four (4) one-year option periods, for a total of five (5) years.
The proposed procurement will be a competitive, firm-fixed price for an evidence-based curriculum or course in stress management and reduction techniques that will educate offenders on stress management and provide stress reduction techniques. The details for the curriculum or course will be included in the RFQ’s Scope of Work (SOW).
The RFQ is tentatively scheduled to be available on or about May 26, 2023, at https://SAM.gov.
