Intent to Sole Source Notice



The Internal Revenue Service intends to award one (1) sole source contract to provide the IRS LB&I Engineering Program access to databases which report nationwide current and historical real estate market transactions.



The sole source award will remain in effect until 09/30/2026 with Base and (2) two option years. Questions concerning this announcement should be directed to the Contract Specialist using the e-mail link provided. Telephone requests for information or questions will NOT be accepted. Please email requests or questions to Diana Vitenko at the following e-mail address: Diana.Vitenko2@irs.gov and ensure that the subject line includes Intent to Sole Source.
