Description

The Contractor shall provide all facilities, services, materials, supplies, and equipment (except Government-Furnished Property (GFP)) necessary to perform Static Stability Factor (SSF) measurements for National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) New Car Assessment Program (NCAP) vehicles.
