Museum seeks a managed service provider to support and maintain USHMM’s integrated intrusion detection system. This includes servers, storage, network equipment, consoles, Avigilon/Pelco and other CCTV equipment, Zenitel/Alphacom intercom systems, vehicle/ personnel barrier controls to include Opto 22, Lenel Enterprise Intrusion Alarm and Access Control Systems, fiber cabling/connections (both single and multi-mode), and a variety of Juniper Network switches. This further entails installation, service, and maintenance of USHMM’s standalone integrated security network infrastructure at the Museum, Ross Administrative Center, Portals, and the Shapell Center: including access control, alarm, IP camera, and computers: Avigilon/Pelco and others various video systems, video STAN storage system, routers, NICE audio recorder system, badging office network, Security Control Center console system(s) and Lenel Enterprise access and intrusion detection systems.
