This notice is extended a second time until 5 April 24 at 1:00PM EST. The original deadline was 22 Mar 24 and the first extension was until 29 Mar 24 at 5:00PM. The HHS DPA Title III Program provides this RFI to invite industry partners to submit to the USG information that will aid in improving the understanding of current domestic productive capabilities and capacities of the domestic PHIB for manufacturing used to produce and supply essential medicines, medical countermeasures, and critical inputs health resources considered essential to national defense, and to identify and improve on those gaps in the marketplace that can potentially be addressed using HHS’ delegated Title III authorities. Industry responses to the RFI are intended to assist the HHS DPA Title III Program with planning and market research.See the attached RFI and submit responses to Chris Newell at christopher.newell@hhs.gov.
