The Office of Naval Intelligence, Washington, DC, intends to procure via sole source from Best Technology Systems, Inc., which is the only factory authorized source to perform maintenance, preventative maintenance, alteration, repair and recertification on InVeris bullet traps in lead contaminated work areas. It is proprietary to BTS to maintain and repair mobile 6500 vertical bullet trap and shooting range. This notice is being published for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotations received will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
