THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY to gain knowledge of interested qualified vendors that can perform/provide IT Support Services as specified in the attached PWS. See the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for specifics. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes, it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ/RFP in the future.

No award will be made from this Sources Sought Notice/RFI. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Furthermore, ICE is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals or capability statements. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFQ/RFP, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, information will be posted to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Advance Planning Forecast System (APFS) or the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizopps) website. It is the responsibility of potential vendors to monitor APFS or Fedbizopps for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
