Description

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a fixed-price purchase order on a single source basis to CCH Incorporated for print legal publications. These publications include narrative analysis, and evaluation of current legal problems, case law, regulations and statutes. The Contracting Officer has reviewed the requirement and determined that CCH Incorporated is the only source that can reasonably meet the SEC's requirement in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b) because the publications are under copyright protection and not available from other sources.

The SEC intends to award a purchase order to CCH Incorporated on or about March 25, 2024. The total award value of the purchase order will be below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold and the anticipated period of performance is 12 months.

This notice is not a competitive request for proposals. A competitive solicitation will not be issued. However, the government will give consideration to interested parties that identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals by the response date of this notice.
