The United States International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission) is issuing this Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the purpose of awarding a Purchase Order to an offeror who can provide advisory services for a data collection and compilation exercise regarding the greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions associated with U.S. steel and aluminum facilities.
