Greetings Potential Offerors,



The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is sharing the DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Advancing Commerce, Connectivity, and Exports Leading to Economic Readiness for Accession to the EU “ACCELERATE” Activity. Previously, a Request for Information (RFI) was published for the same Activity, and we shared the Statement of Objectives as part of that RFI.



Please note that the RFP is only a draft; however, we do not anticipate major changes to the draft before the final RFP is posted o/a February 1, 2024.



One of the purposes of sharing the draft is to eliminate ambiguity, unclear language, or confusion around any of the requirements, instructions, etc. Therefore, please submit us any comments you may have on the content of the draft RFP that we should further clarify or fine-tune. Please note, USAID is not obligated to make any changes as a result of the responses received.



Submissions should be limited to no longer than two (2) pages, and please limit your response to highlighting any unclear language that we can further improve. Please do not submit comments on the Statement of Objectives (SOO), as that is a final document.



No costs associated with preparing a submission will be reimbursed by USAID. Not responding to this announcement will not preclude any offerors from competing for the procurement, once the solicitation is officially published.
