Description

Sale of Waste Paper under Sale No. 040ADV-23Q-0009-WP - See attached IFB Solicitation.



Bids are due November 14, 2022, Time: 10 AM (EST). Email bids to:glrobertson@gpo.gov



GPO's DC Location: NOTE: Only one Award will be made for ITEM 1 thru ITEM 3. The total bid must include the base period and four option years. Bids will be evaluated on the aggregate total of the “Estimated Total Price”. Bidders must bid on all items in this Lot (ITEMS 1, 2, & 3) to be considered responsive for any ITEM in this Lot.



Item#1:BALED WASTE -may include the following: 30 - 40% of white index, book and white paper, 30-40% of newsprint, 20-30% of coated paper and occasionally small amounts of kraft-wrapping and chipboard.



Item#2: UNBALED WASTE - may include the following: white index, book and white paper, newsprint, coated paper, kraft-wrapping, chipboard, and corrugated paper .



Item#3: SMALL CONTAMINATED BALE- may include the following: various grades of writing paper (contains a contaminant) may have cotton paper.



GPO’s Laurel Warehouse Location: Only one Award will be made for ITEM 4 thru ITEM 6. The total bid must include the base period and four option years. Bids will be evaluated and Awarded separately for GPO’s Laurel Warehouse Location. Bidders must bid on all items in this Lot (ITEMS 4, 5 & 6) to be considered responsive for any ITEM in this Lot.
