The third party would scan Library collections at their own expense without profit and then return the physical files to the Library and also include the digitized versions as well for the Library’s digital collections for the greater public at large. The Library would not pay for the service and the third party would not obtain profit, but the goal would be of mutual benefit for both parties at cost.

However, it is not an active and ongoing effort to solicitation for these services. The posting serves as the vehicle to execute agreement from should those third parties contact us for these potential jobs.
