Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate and award a limited-sources, firm-fixed-price task order to Waters Technologies Corporation for preventative and corrective maintenance for ATF’s liquid chromatography – mass spectrometry (LC-MS) system, including software and accessories. The period of performance will be for one (1) base year and four (4) option years: 1/1/2024 – 12/31/2028 for an estimated value of $274.7K.





This acquisition is for commercial services and is conducted under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subparts 8.405 & 12. As such, the limited-sources justification may be posted via an Award Notice; thus, no combined synopsis/solicitation since all solicitation communication will occur directly with the aforestated, proposed contractor.
