Description View Changes

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate and award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Peak Scientific Inc. for preventative and corrective maintenance for ATF’s four (4), nitrogen generators. The period of performance will be for one (1) base year and three (3) option years: 1/7/2024 – 1/6/2028 for an estimated value of $106.4K.

This acquisition is for commercial services and is conducted under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subparts 12 & 13.501(a). As such, the sole-source justification will be posted via an Award Notice; thus, no combined synopsis/solicitation since all solicitation communication will occur directly with the aforestated, proposed contractor. Nonetheless, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement and/or bid/proposal/quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
