Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Baltimore District is procuring an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) single-award task order contract for residuals hauling and disposal services at the Washington Aqueduct Division (WAD) in Washington, D.C. Attached is a draft performance work statement (PWS). WAD provides potable water to approximately one million people in the District of Columbia and Northern Virginia. As part of the water treatment and supply system, WAD maintains and operates the Dalecarlia Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and McMillan WTP. This is a synopsis of the requirement ONLY. An official Request for Proposal (RFP) is anticipated to be posted in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) on or around February 22, 2024.
