The purpose of this training is to introduce offenders (hereinafter referred to as “students”) to skills relevant to music creation, recording, performing, and production to assist students to seek and gain employment during the course of each class.

The Music Industry Course shall introduce students to skills relevant to music creation, recording, performing, and production that students can use to seek, find, and maintain employment. The Music Industry Course shall consist of nine classes of up to 20 students in each class. Each class shall consist of seventeen group sessions, delivered one time per week, with each group session consisting of no less than 2 hours. The group sessions will take place once per week for seventeen consecutive weeks at CSOSA locations designated by the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). As such, the nine classes, each consisting of seventeen group sessions, will result in 153 total group sessions to be delivered during each 12-month period of performance.
