Description

The Office of the Secretary intends to award a sole source contract for the Office of the General Counsel (OGC), to Write.Law, 6720 N. Hualapai Way, Las Vegas, Nevada 89166, United States, for custom legal writing training to be rendered for support of both in-person and virtual classes while offering customizable components. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 611430 - Professional And Management Development Training.





It is The Office of the Secretary intent that the proposed action may be awarded on a sole source contract with a 12-month Base Year, and four one year option years to Write.Law, under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
