The Office of Personnel Management (OPM), in its support of the President’s Commission on White House Fellows (WHF), is soliciting a small business contractor under NAICS 721110 to provide overnight accommodations, conference space, food and beverage services, audio visual equipment and layout of floor plans for the WHF Selection and Placement Events. This year’s WHF Selection Event will be held on June 1-4, 2023, and the placement event will be July 10-14, 2023. The food and beverage services cannot exceed the federal daily per diem rates.

The hotel must have at least a three (3) diamond/crown/star rating or higher as defined by the American Automobile Association (AAA), Northstar Travel Media (NTM) Crown, Forbes Travel Guide or approved equivalent.The facility must be located in downtown Northwest Washington, DC near the White House complex, Foggy Bottom, or Federal Triangle areas.

The Government is not seeking a third-party event planner or coordinator services, nor shall it evaluate quotations from other than direct providers of the services required.
