The CFPB is seeking a Contractor to assist CFPB to execute research, experiments, and studies via the internet. The Contractor will carry out support tasks only, including providing support with CFPB’s submission to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) package; obtaining Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval, if necessary; recruiting and screening for high-quality participants; paying participants; and, possibly, matching study data with administrative data. Depending on the requirements of a study, participants may be paid a fixed amount, or they may be paid an amount that depends on their choices and/or the choices of other participants in the study.
