Description

The proposed contract action for supplies for which the Government intendsto solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.501(a)(1)(i). Interested persons may identifytheir interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submitproposals. All bids, proposals, or quotations received by the closingresponse date will be considered by the Government. The Small BusinessOffice concurs with this determination.
